Amazingly there is the same number of closed sales during this time period. If you review the other key numbers, you will see that Days on Market are down 8% in 2011. In addition you will see that the average price is almost the same with on $367 difference.
You will also see that the per square foot sales price is only down $2.85 per square foot showing that the drop in pricing has stabilized during the last months in the Cabarrus County real estate market.
