As a result, buyers are taking advantage of this time as they look for a new home.
They see this as an opportunity to get a good deal on a home. For many, in making a decision this has caused a time when they might not get as emotionally attached to a home in light of a home that is a better deal.
Buyers are still looking for a great floor plan, updated features, nicely landscaped yard and many other requirements but for many it is about the deal they can get.
Recently we have seen an increase in cash offers for properties but in many times even in the buyer has cash, they are still asking for concessions from the seller like a home warranty for the seller to pay some of their closing costs.
