Starting at a young age Cassie learned helping people and giving back to her community was a very important value to her. Not only did she enjoy helping others out in many ways, whether it was visiting nursing homes and doing arts and crafts with retirees, or participating in marathons to support a good cause, she gained a significant amount of self-pleasure from playing an important role in other peoples lives.
When Cassie bought her first home at 18 years old, she fell in love with the home buying process. Shortly after finding her home, she assisted in helping her grandparents in finding their new home as they both made the move from Pennsylvania to North Carolina together, quickly realized that real estate was her true passion. Cassie understands the importance and value of what a home means to people, and for her to play a role in the business of buying and selling real estate in others’ lives motivated her to get her real estate license. After moving quite a few times in her life, Cassie knows that selling or buying a home can be very exhilarating but can also be confusing and overwhelming without a good real estate agent by your side. Cassie’s objective is to help you get into your new home or sell your current home in a way that could be as effortless and simplistic as possible, and to help guide you from the very beginning all the way to the closing table. You can count on her to be accessible at any time of the day, with any questions that you may have.
Cassie’s hobbies include mountain biking, traveling to new places, and home decorating. She is married to Dennis Hockenberry Jr.,they reside in Concord, and although they do not have any children, they do have a Chihuahua/Pomeranian named Bear.
